Common Problems and Solutions of Impact Crusher

★ Discharging Granularity is too Large:

Hammer plate or back liner wear too much, causing the clearance between the hammer plate and impact liner be tool large, it need to change the hammer plate or impact liner, general adjustment for 15-20mm.

★ Impact Crusher Abnormal Vibration:

It declares that the incoming material is too large, you can check the size of incoming material. When replacing or mounting hammer plate, rotor school did not balance, it should reinstall the hammer plate, and rotor balance correction.

★ Impact Crusher Belt is Reversal:

It explains that belt is broken, triangular belt need to be replaced. It is necessary to notice the quality of the triangular belt.

★ Impact Crusher Bearing Heating:

Excessive or insufficient grease, or grease is dirty, after cleaning bearing, you should change the bearing.
