Improvement Process of Hammer Crusher Component

Now we improve crusher hammers and crusher liner, and enhance the working efficiency of hammer crusher machine. In the processing, rotor drives crusher hammer to beat materials completely, gradually get the crushed finish product what you want. Different arrangements and installation method for crusher hammer and crusher liner will affect working efficiency and capacity greatly. In order to improve the utilization of hammer crusher machine in a certain extent, we improved the making process of crusher hammers and crusher liner.

Improvement Process for Crusher Hammers:

Crusher hammers were mounted on rotor symmetrically in a horizontal arrangement way, so there was wide gap among crusher hammers. In the processing, some raw materials can through the space directly, result that the crushing is not complete. For this phenomenon, we changed the arrangement way as spiral distribution, and the number of crusher hammer is the same as original. So raw materials were crushing completely, and equipment utilization was improved. 

Improvement Process for Crusher Liner: 

Inside the crushing chamber of hammer crusher machine, the upper side was installed unadjustable curved structure liner plate which length is 1/4 of rotor circumference. After the long time friction between hammer and crusher liner, the top of the hammer appears more serious wear and tear. Therefore, our Yigong Crusher Machinery technical personnel added two long curved crusher liners without grate internal lower side of crusher machine. It can adjust the space between crusher hammers and crusher liner, and solve the control problem of outlet materials size, improve machine capacity and end product quality.
