Brief Introduction of Main Component: 

※ Feed hopper: the feeding structure is an inverted bevel body, the inlet equipped with wear ring, the raw materials from Feed hopper into sand making machine.

※ Distributor: Distributor is mounted on the upper parts of eddy crushing chamber.

※ Eddy crushing chamber: Eddy crushing chamber is annular space which consists of two sections cylinder, impeller rotating as high speed in the eddy crushing chamber. 

※ Impeller section: Impeller structure is a hollow cylinder that made of special material. It is mounted on the spindle. Impeller is the key component of sand making machine. 

※ Spindle assembly: Spindle assembly is mounted on the base, used for supporting rotary motion. Spindle assembly is consists of bearing seat, shaft, and bearing, etc. 

※Impact plate: The impact plate has a function of regulating the final production discharge opening. You can controle the particle size of the product by adjusting the gap between the rotor and below the impact plate.
