The Effect of Jaw Crusher Main Components Analysis

Jaw crusher is mainly used as primary crusher in mining, building materials,construction and other departments. It is mainly composed of a fixed body, rotating body, insurance device, adjusting device, etc. Here is a simple analysis of the effect of jaw crusher main components.

Fixed Body: The major part of the fixed jaw crusher body is frame. In order to prevent the frame lateral wall of the serious wear and tear, on the left and right side of the crushing cavity is equipped with guard board which can be arbitrary replacement. Fixed body is mainly used to support the eccentric shaft, jaw plate, and endures reaction of material breakage.

Rotating Body: Rotating body consists of movable jaw, eccentric shaft, bearing, belt pulley, etc. It is the main part of the transmission and tolerance of jaw crusher.

★ Movable jaw is made up of movable jaw support and movable jaw plate, movable jaw support uses 35# steel casting, and after tempering treatment.

★ Eccentric shaft employs 45# steel car system,and after tempering treatment.

★ Bearing adopts double row centripetal spherical roller bearing with the characteristics of the fine-tuning, tolerance, and durable.

★ Jaw plate points movable jaw plate and fixed jaw plate, the surface uses the optimization of tooth shape, and material adopts ZGMn13, it has the features of high hardness, wear resistance, and good effect.

Insurance Device: Insurance device is composed of protection board and flywheel, toggle plate, protection board and jaw plate directly contact with the crushed material, working face of movable jaw and jaw plate, in the frame of the two inside wall without tooth side guard plate, form a square taper crushing chamber; 

Adjusting Device: The device is used to adjust the discharging mouth size, and the size of the jaw crusher discharging granularity. Our jaw crusher adjusting mechanism has two forms: long wedge type and plunger gasket type with the benefits of convenient and flexible adjustment.
