Installation & Casting for Cone Concave & Crusher Concave of Cone Crusher

Cone concave and crushing wall are the important spare parts of cone crusher. Choosing the proper crusher liner is necessary; it can bring the maximum benefit for you. Cone concave and crushing wall referred to as the crusher liner with the function of grinding media ore and protecting grinding cylinder. When you select cone crusher liner, the user must consider the yield, power consumption and wear. 

In general, you can choose the right crusher liner according to the maximum feeding size, the change of particle size, material hardness, wear resistance of materials, and other factors. The crusher liner is longer, the power consumption is higher. Hard and thin materials are suitable for short liner, and the soft and thick materials are suitable for long liner. 

1. When the cone concave and crushing wall were worn two-thirds, or grinding leak, rupture, or the outlet increases to can’t be adjusted, it needs to be replaced.

2. After installing the rolling ace tabular wall and crushing wall, you need check their centers if it is right. If the center is wrong, it will cause friction heat inside the machine and so on.

3. Before casting zinc alloy, you should block the every crack with clay or asbestos; to prevent the outflow of zinc alloy. 

4. The new casting concrete of cone concave and broken wall reverse side, its materials is 500-600 cement and sand, their weight proportion is 1:3. 

5. Replacement of cone concave and crushing wall: When the lower cone liner was installed, use the lower adjustment ring, to make the lower liner and cone to keep  1.0-2.0mm space;
